The following terms are applicable for books that You purchased with Us. Any other services doesn’t have any return and refund policy.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

    • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

    • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

    • Service refers to the Website.

    • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.

    • The Goods are in the original packaging

    • Only defected products will be retured.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

    • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

    • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

    • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

    • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods Policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 5 days

Customer Refund Policy

Once your refund request has been reviewed, you will be notified regarding whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 30 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and officially post the refund. If more than 45 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the amount, please contact our support team immediately for further assistance.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are delivered within 10-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered
on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments
may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If
there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via
email or phone.
